Executive Coaching Goals
Every Fellow completes this plan at the start of the year and uses it as reference point for coaching.
Executive Coach Plan Development Guiding Principles:
Purpose: To identify goals for coachees to work on with their coach.
Audience: Coach, coachee, NELA Program Coordinators and NELA Team, NELA Director.
First Iteration Due: September 8, 2016.

Goals can be dispositional or skill sets and/or around the NC Standards for School Executives.

- Goals should be based on self-assessment (and later input and feedback from principal mentor and executive coach too).
- Be very specific about desired accomplishments and how results will be measured.
- Connected to the NC Standards for School Executive and the accompanying Dispositions.
- Focused on strengthening relationship building, trust-building, courage, social justice and community focused skills.
- Focused on student impact to ensure the best outcomes for students.
